Our steel prefabricated components are designed and manufactured in accordance with the respective codes, standards, compliance and dimension requirements in our manufacturing plant and shipped directly to the construction site.
Slags are recommended to be 100 mm or 75 mm: floating slab, depending on soil texture.
Lightweight steel frames don’t have a load mass compared to mortar structures.
An apron may be allowed depending on individual needs.
Floor panels are included. Alternate flooring solutions are personal options.
